Every web site that we design or develop is our own work, no templates are used. Once a client has paid for their website the site and all images/code become property of the client. This means you can maintain the website yourself or use the images to create promotional documents such as flyers or business cards. We will always maintain your website for you and can discuss an hourly rate for such work (minimum 1 hour charge).
